Foreign Language Audio Guides NOW Available
We are pleased to be the only tour company in Scotland to be able to offer foreign language audio translations on all scheduled tours. Tours will still be conducted in English, by our guides, however foreign language translations are available in German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French and Polish, with more languages to follow. This service underlines our commitment to excellent customer service for ALL our customers and we hope that those who do not speak English will now enjoy the trips even more.
Highland Explorer Tours join Tourism Innovation Group
We are committed to playing our part in raising standards within Scottish Tourism and to that end have become members of the Tourism Innovation Group, a group of leading travel companies and public bodies committed to moving improving the Scottish Tourism Product through collaboration and innovation. One area of the group is focused solely on Sustainability and have published a Responsible Visitors Guide to give visitors information on how to make sure their trip has a minimal impact on Scotland's heritage and environment.

Steam Train Journey proves a hit with customers
After the phenomenal success of our 3 Day Isle of Skye & Steam Train tour, we decided to include this steam train option on our 5 Day Skye & Highlands tour also. These tours include the ferry trip 'over the sea to Skye' and a journey on the Jacobite steam train, which was voted the 'Top Rail Journey in the World' by Wanderlust Magazine.
