Whether it be for 6 or 60+ people, if you'd like a private tour of the Highlands with a coach and guide all to yourself, we'd be delighted to help you put that together. With many years of experience in organising trips in Scotland, as well as actually guiding them oursleves, let us help you put together an itinerary which will make the most of the time and budget you have available. We can take care of all the logistics: tour routes, accommodation bookings, meals, ferries, and activities etc.
Possible tour themes include: Genealogy & Clan History, Malt Whisky Trail, Walking, Wildlife and Golf. How about dinner on top of Cairngorm Mountain, or a trip on a steam train over the Glenfinnian Viaduct (as seen in Harry Potter) Mountain biking at Glentress or Laggan wolftrax, enjoy a cruise on Loch Lomond or sunset on Loch Ness or even take a tour through the stunning West Highlands to Oban for lunch and return by Seaplane? The possibilities are endless.
We have 16, 28 and 39 seat Mercedes Benz Coaches in our fleet, so we have the ability to carry a wide range of group sizes. All coaches are specifically designed for touring, with large windows, an excellent stereo and p.a. system. Most are fitted with Air Conditioning and some with a DVD player.
We have experience in putting together trips for school groups, university groups, international students, corporate incentive trips and many more.
If you have a firm idea of what itinerary you'd like, that's fine, just send it through to us along with the dates of the trip (if you have them), number of people travelling and approximate budget and we'll give you a quote.
If you'd like our help in putting together an itinerary, then send us an email with the number of days you have, where you'd like to start/finish, any highlights you'd like us to include and an approximate budget and we'll put together a proposed itinerary and price for you.
Please indicate whether or not you would like us to book accommodation for you on tour, or whether you'd prefer to do this yourself. If you'd like us to book this for you, please indicate:
- What standard of accommodation you'd prefer
- Whether you'd like to include any meals
- What budget you have (per person per night) for accommodation
When emailing, please include the following information:
- Your name and contact details (email and telephone)
- Number of people travelling (minimum and maximum would help if you don't know exact number)
- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Locations (and times if known)
- Some information about the purpose of your trip and what you're hoping to get out of it
- Whether you'd like us to quote a price including accommodation and attractions or just for the coach and guide
